Yvonne Adhiambo Owuor
Yvonne Adhiambo Owuor lives and writes in Kenya. In 2003 she was shortlisted for the Caine Prize for African Writing with her first published short story in 2003. Her winning work Weight of Whispers has been serialised in The East African, and she is now turning it into a novel. From 2003 -2005 Yvonne was also an Executive Director of the Zanzibar International Film Festival.
