Robert Mallett
Dr Robert Mallett is Teaching Fellow in Modern European History at the University of Birmingham. He is founding editor of TMPR (Totalitarian Movements and Political Religions) (journal and book series) and co-editor of the book series Revolutionary Regimes and Ideologies.
In Italy he is Deputy Director of the CEFFASS Research Centre, is a member of the George Mosse Program at the University of Wisconsin Madison, United States and a member of the RICH conference planning panel at Hanyang University, Seoul. Dr Mallett is listed in the International Who’s Who.
Dr Mallett has an extensive record of research into many aspects of Italian fascism. He is currently working on a book about the ideological development of Benito Mussolini between 1895 and 1945, and the much vaunted ‘spiritual’ dimension of fascist ideology.
