Erwin James has written a two extremely interesting pieces for the Guardian in recent weeks that can be read here:

The first is a piece on the recent news attention given to Jon Venables, one of the killers of the Liverpool toddler James Bulger.

The second is an article that looks at why so many former soldiers are in prison.
